Getting Started
Welcome to EasyBoat! Browse our selection of boats in Ibiza, compare packages and pricing, and book your perfect experience in just minutes. Your booking will remain pending until the boat owner confirms it.
Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation with all the details you need, including meeting point, contact information, and what to bring.
Managing Your Account
Update your profile, phone number, and preferences anytime from your Profile page. You can also view your booking history and manage upcoming trips.
Payment Questions
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is processed securely when your booking is confirmed by the owner. You'll receive a receipt via email.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you need to cancel, do so from My Bookings or the booking confirmation email. Refunds depend on the listing's cancellation policy and how far in advance you cancel. Flexible policies typically allow a full refund when you cancel at least 24–48 hours before check-in; moderate or strict policies may apply a fee or no refund for last-minute cancellations.
If the owner cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund. We may also offer alternative dates or boats where possible. For cancellations due to unsafe weather or other force majeure, we work with both parties to reschedule or refund in line with our Cancellation Policy.

Safety on the Water
Your safety is a priority. All listed boats must meet applicable safety and licensing requirements. We recommend that you follow the skipper or owner's instructions, wear a life jacket when provided or required, and avoid alcohol if you are operating the vessel. Children should be supervised at all times.
Before you go, check the local weather and sea conditions. Trips may be postponed or cancelled by the owner or captain if conditions are unsafe. In an emergency, call 112 (European emergency number) and then notify EasyBoat with your booking details.

Dispute Resolution
We encourage guests and hosts to resolve issues directly first—for example via the Messages thread linked to your booking. Many problems can be fixed quickly with clear communication (e.g. meeting point, timing, or minor service issues).
If you cannot resolve the matter, contact EasyBoat with your booking ID, a short description of the issue, and any relevant messages or photos. We will review the case and work with both parties to find a fair solution, which may include a partial refund, rescheduling, or other remedy in line with our Terms and Cancellation Policy.
EU users may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Nothing in this process limits your right to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where applicable law allows.
